Inti StudioPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what data Inti Launcher ("the app") processes, why, who it is shared with, and your rights. The app requires no account and does not sell personal data.
1. Summary
- Most features run entirely on your device: your app list, contacts (if you allow it), notifications, and images you pick as wallpapers.
- Data leaves the device only for: ads (Google AdMob, free users only), weather (approximate location sent to Open-Meteo), Pro purchase verification, and theme downloads.
- You can decline every optional permission and the app keeps working.
2. Data processed only on your device (never sent)

3. Data that leaves your device
3.1 Advertising – Google AdMob
For free users the app shows ads through Google AdMob (never on the home screen). Google may collect the advertising ID, device information, ad interactions, diagnostics and approximate location derived from the IP address, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Pro users never load the ad SDK.
- In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and certain US states the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform and offers "Ad privacy options" in Settings.

3.2 Weather – Open-Meteo
If you allow approximate location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION), the app sends rounded coordinates to Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com) to get the weather and area name. No identifier is sent with it. The app never uses precise location.
3.3 Pro purchases – Google Play and our server
Payments are handled by Google Play; we never receive card details. To verify a purchase and issue a Pro licence, our server (running on Cloudflare) receives the purchase token, product ID and a random anonymous ID tied to the purchase, and checks them with Google Play. We keep this for the duration of the Pro plan and up to 12 months afterwards to handle refunds and restores. We store no name, email or phone number.
3.4 Theme content downloads
Themes, icons, wallpapers and quote packs are downloaded from Cloudflare's content delivery network. Like any web server, Cloudflare may keep technical logs (IP address, time) to operate and secure the service.
4. Android permissions and why

5. Security and retention
- All connections use HTTPS. Downloaded content is digitally signed and verified before use.
- On-device data lives in the app's private storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Pro purchase data is kept as described in section 3.3.
6. Your rights
- Revoke permissions at any time in Android Settings → Apps → Inti Launcher → Permissions.
- Change ad consent in the app: Settings → Ad privacy options.
- Request access to or deletion of Pro purchase data: email us with your Google Play order number (GPA.…). See data deletion.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
When this policy changes we update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes are announced in the app.
